In order to comply with the FSA – Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, Sainsbury’s Bank had to provide regular training to their store based advisors. Interskill Learning were able to provide an intuitive and thought provoking solution which addressed these critical business requirements. As a part of the solution, a customised Learning Management System was created to record and monitor all learning activity, providing crucial evidence to the regulatory authority. This helped to address Sainsbury’s Bank compliance requirements and the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
