Apple iPad, Android and other tablet devices compatibility

Interskill Learning does not officially support tablet computers however this does not preclude their use. We are currently conducting full system testing with a variety of different tablet products and will update this page as more information becomes available. Tablet standards are consistently changing and the information below may have changed since it was published. Please contact Interskill for further information if you have specific requirements around tablet and mobile learning in your organisation.

If you wish to use a tablet device, unsupported, the following recommendations are made:

Perform the Interskill Browser test

• You must be running a browser compatible with the MyInterskill LMS.
• Your browser must support the Adobe Flash plugin. (Note: The Apple iPad does not currently support Adobe Flash.)
• The most current version of the Java client plugin for your browser must be present for the majority of courses.
• Java Script must be enabled.
• Pop-up blockers must be disabled for the MyInterskill LMS.
• If your company network uses a proxy server or other type of web/URL security filter, please add the MyInterskill LMS to your whitelist of permitted/safe sites.
